Return Policy

Returns 
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted for returns:
- Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the order was placed.

Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be returned. 

Return Procedure
If you would like to return an item(s) and it meets all of our return criteria, please contact us at sales@atsirrigation.com and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) to be completed and sent back to us. Once your RMA has been approved, we will return it to you and you will need to include a copy of it in your return shipment to be eligible for a refund. You'll need to ship the authorized item(s) back to us within 15 days of the date the RMA # was issued. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping and processing.

**Shipments without an RMA # will be treated as abandoned property and will not be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
