A quantity of 1 = 10 goof plugs
A quantity of 2 = 20 goof plugs, etc.
Order Processing Time is the amount of time from when your order is placed, to when we have it ready. It does not include shipping time.
Orders being shipped: 1-2 business days
Orders being picked up locally: 4 hours(If this puts the pick-up time after 5pm, the order will be ready by 9am the next business day.)
Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, and do not include US holidays.
If you are a customer based in Texas and are tax exempt for Agricultural Use, Resale, or any other reason, please follow the steps below to have your customer account set to "tax exempt".
1. Set up a customer account for our web store.
2. Email a copy of your current, completed, and signed tax exemption certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Blank copies of the Texas Agricultural Exemption and Texas Resale certificates are located at the bottom of this page for your convenience.)
3. Once we receive your completed form, we will set your account to "tax exempt", and email you back letting you know that it's ready.
4. You can now place orders using the account you created and will not be charged tax on them.
Returns Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted for returns: - Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the order was placed.
Sale Items Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be returned.
Return Procedure If you would like to return an item(s) and it meets all of our return criteria, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) to be completed and sent back to us. Once your RMA has been approved, we will return it to you and you will need to include a copy of it in your return shipment to be eligible for a refund. You'll need to ship the authorized item(s) back to us within 15 days of the date the RMA # was issued. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping and processing.
**Shipments without an RMA # will be treated as abandoned property and will not be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
